Cancellations & Return Policy

At Gourmet Company, we try our best to ensure that you receive the best quality products within our stated delivery time in a perfect condition. Your satisfaction with our products and delivery is of utmost importance to us.
In the unlikely situation that you are not satisfied with the product that reaches you for the following reasons:

a)    Product has reached you in a damaged condition
b)    The product has already past its expiry date
c)    The weight of the product is not the same as ordered
d)    The product received by you is not the same as you have ordered
e)    The description of the product does not match the product specifications as shown on our website

You can return the product to us in the above scenario and we will refund your money. All we ask is that the product is not used, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/ or packaging. Products once ordered online cannot be cancelled at this point. If you have made an error while placing your order, please contact us and we will try our best to resolve the issue for you
